POLyDEX VF is a further development of the screen design "Harp B", but in plastic. POLyDEX flat screen decks consist of horizontally corrugated polyurethane bars. The lateral corrugation causes a strong vibration and thus has a self-cleaning effect.
Due to the conical run-in of the bar, the contact resistance is lower at the bottom. Coarse screening material that falls onto the deck bends it downwards and thus allows the mesh shape to change. This is sufficient to free the deck automatically.

Quick assembly system - the driving pin for a secure hold
An important issue for plant operators is minimising time and costs when maintaining highly loaded screening plants. After careful analysis and intensive planning, we have expanded our previous plug-in systems and provide a quick-assembly system.

Time-saving screen lining change
Suitable for all perforated substructures
Can be combined with all polyurethane plug-in elements with holes
Easy, quick installation and removal (see fig. a-f)
No downtime during gravel conveying
Screens as they lie on the U-beams, without fastening
The expansion anchor is inserted and driven halfway through
Wedged screens with completely driven-in expansion anchors
View of firmly anchored screens
Clearly visible, the flattened expansion anchors
And so they loosen the screen linings in a few easy steps, very quickly and without any problems
