Manfred Meister has played a successful role in the company since 1979. The Managing Director completed his technical training here and has been assuming more and more responsibility within the family business with every passing year.
One important principle that emerges clearly from the company’s history is that one Meister learns from another. This includes passing responsibility on to successors only gradually as they gain in experience and skill. This has enabled Gustav Meister GmbH to ensure continual quality in terms of consultancy and production over four generations.
One of many projects that have already come to fruition under the leadership of Manfred Meister is the new office building, outstanding both in terms of looks and functionality. It was his idea to use architecture to express the combination of a solid, but forward-looking company. He was able to achieve this goal in just seven months’ construction time!
The current economic situation is presenting Manfred Meister with a difficult challenge, but one that he is meeting with clever investment, entrepreneurial vision and realistic optimism. It is already clear that he sees a highly promising future for the company in the pipeline.
The prime factors needed for growth are innovation, investment and protection along with further development of Meister’s high-quality products and services. These are core values, which have been at the heart of Gustav Meister GmbH for generations.
